3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract
• You are responsible for securing your Discord account
• You must provide accurate billing and account information

4. The Service and acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
• Distribute malware
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Harass or abuse others
• Generate or distribute illegal content

5. AI / automated outputs

• Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
• You are responsible for how outputs are used
• The Service does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice

6. Paid plans, billing, and Stripe

• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Prices and billing cycles are shown at checkout
• Taxes may apply
• Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features

7. Your content

• You retain ownership of content you submit
• You grant us a limited licence to process content to provide the Service
• You confirm you have rights to submit the content

8. Intellectual property

We own all rights to the Service, including software and branding. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms such as Discord and Stripe. Their own terms and policies apply.

10. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• We may suspend or terminate access for security or Terms violations
• Certain sections survive termination

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if none).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
